IRCA Academy is the new centre dedicated to restaurateurs and professionals in the world of chocolate, pastry, bakery and ice-cream who want to improve their techniques and deepen their knowledge about the latest market trends.

The Academy, an integral part of the new Headquarters inaugurated in November 2017 in Gallarate - Viale Danimarca n°30, will be opened to the public in June 2018 and will boast two demo rooms equipped with the latest generation tools and able to host more than 120 guests at the same time.

Thanks to its wide range of courses addressed to both national and international customers, IRCA Academy has got what it takes to become the new flagship of IRCA.
Great Pastry Chefs, historical names of IRCA and important Pastry Chefs coming from some of the most internationally renowned specialized schools, will alternate in a calendar of dedicated events that will range between the world of Chocolate, Pastry, Bakery and, of course, Ice-cream.
