Direction to use
The recommended proportion of VIGOR BAKING is 30 g for every kg of flour, but this is subject to (sometimes noteable) variation according to the recipe followed. It is good practice to add and mix VIGOR BAKING to the flour avoiding any premature contact with the liquid ingredients of the dough.
