Ingredients

JOYBASE CHOCO TANDEM g 1500
water g 2200
MINUETTO FONDENTE MADAGASCAR 72% g 400
milled rosemary g 10
salt g 4

Preparation

Bring water to boil, mix with JOYBASE CHOCO TANDEM, add MINUETTO MADAGASCAR 72% and continue mixing.
Add rosemary and salt, continue mixing.
Filter all the mixture and leave to rest for 30 min.
Pour into the batch freezer and whisk.

JOYTOPPING MIELE To Taste

Preparation

Variegate with JOYFRUIT ARANCIA and JOYTOPPING MIELE and decorate with Rosemary.
