Description

CHOCOBAKE CHOCOLAT is a chocolate cream for filling pain au chocolat and croissants as well as "fagottini" and strudels. CHOCOBAKE WHITE is a spreadable white cream for the same uses.

Packaging

CHOCOBAKE CHOCOLAT: 5 kg or 24 kg pails. CHOCOBAKE WHITE: 13 kg pails.

Direction to use

CHOCOBAKE CHOCOLAT and CHOCOBAKE WHITE are ready to use and must be placed on the dough before rising. CHOCOBAKE CHOCOLAT and CHOCOBAKE WHITE keep their properties also during deep freezing unchanged.
